Guide for reps

A finished deck in five minutes.

Every deck says who we are, who we serve and what we stand for. That part is fixed. You bring the customer, the products and the next steps.

01
Pick the deck

Prospecting runs Introduction, Follow-up, Proposal. Customers get a Brand Welcome when they sign, and New Product when there is something new to sell. Pick the closest. Do not build your own.

02
Add the customer

Name, date and currency. Add their logo if you have it. Pick up to four of us to present. The first is the lead contact.

03
Pick the products

Search the catalogue and tap to add. Name, colour, code, RRP and the three key features come from the catalogue. Tick Own slide for anything that deserves a full page. Trade and RRP come from the price list; type a trade price only to override it.

04
Say what you heard

Follow-ups and proposals start with their words from the last meeting. Write what they said and what we will do about it. Listen first. It is the whole point of the second meeting.

05
Tick the extras

Core slides stay in. Add an optional slide only if you will talk to it. A shorter deck is a better meeting.

06
Save as PDF

One slide per page. Present from it, email it, or print it as a leave-behind. Present opens the deck full screen.

The five decks
Introduction. First meeting. Who we are, who we serve, the four ranges, why Xpert, the Top 26, how we partner. No products to pick. Leave with a date for the follow-up.
Follow-up. Second meeting. What we heard, a range shaped around it, how we would launch it. Agree the range in the room.
Proposal. The commercial offer. What we propose, the range, the launch plan, the terms, next steps. Built to be signed off.
Brand Welcome. A new stockist's first weeks. The brand, their opening range, the first 90 days, the tools, our promise.
New Product. A launch to an existing account. One slide per product with features and prices, the point of sale, then the order.
The rules
Who we are goes in every deck. Purpose, mission, vision. Say it out loud.
Lead with the three key advantages: our products perform, workwear made easy, win the last 50 yards.
Deeper, not wider. A focused range of proven rural lines beats a long list.
Do not add slides from old decks. If something is missing, tell marketing and we will add it for everyone.
Products, prices, campaign, launches and the Foundation come from marketing and update by themselves.
